Clinic Policy

Arrivals
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure your personal consultation prior to your treatment. Please also understand if you are late that your treatment time may be reduced accordingly.  

Cancellations
We appreciate that circumstances may arise in which you are unable to keep your booking time. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice to be given. Please be advised, if you cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. If you fail to arrive without any notice at all, you will be charged the full price for your missed appointment.

Gift Vouchers
Please ensure that your Gift Voucher is presented upon arrival. Please understand that we are unable to provide treatment without presentation of your voucher. Bookings should be made in advance and is subject to availability. Any cancellations of Gift Vouchers is void if the holder fails to give 24 hours' notice of cancellation of an appointment or if the holder fails to show for an appointment.

Payments
We prefer payment to be made on the day of consultation by: cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard. An account keeping fee of $5.00 will be applied to each transaction if payment is outstanding.

Private Health Cover
Myotherapy is covered by most private health insurance policies. Please check with your insurance company to determine your level of cover.

Parking
There is ample parking available on Jellicoe street.

Public Transport
The clinic is located within easy walking distance to public transport with a bus stop within 20m and numerous other routes running along Oriel Road (Bus Routes 246, 250 & 350).

Train Station
Ivanhoe train station
