Our Centre Policies
ARRIVALS
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure your personal consultation prior to your treatment. Please also understand if you are late that your treatment time may be reduced accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS
We appreciate that circumstances may arise in which you are unable to keep your booking time. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice to be given. Please be advised, if you cancel less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. If you fail to arrive without any notice at all, you will be charged the full price for your missed appointment.
PRE-PAID APPOINTMENTS
If you have pre-paid for your appointment and cancel within the 24 hours, you will forfeit the cost of your session (no refunds). Similarly, if you fail to arrive without any notice at all, you forfeit the pre-paid amount.
ADVANCED BOOKING ONLINE
You can make a booking online for your Myotherapy or Floatation Therapy session. This system allows you to make an appointment with Inner Outer Health at your convenience from the comfort of your home or office. You can also make a booking by contacting our friendly staff on (03) 9440 9453 anytime.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Please ensure that your gift voucher is presented upon arrival. Please understand that we are unable to provide treatment without presentation of your voucher. Bookings should be made in advance and is subject to availability. Gift Vouchers are void if the holder fails to give 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment or if the holder fails to show for an appointment.
PAYMENTS
We prefer payment to be made on the day of consultation by: cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard.
PRIVATE HEALTH COVER
Myotherapy is covered by most private health insurance policies. Please check with your insurance company to determine your level of cover. Floatation therapy is NOT yet covered through private health insurance.
PARKING
There are 10 convenient car parking spaces available at the front and back of the premises reserved just for you.
DISABILITY ACCESS
We have onsite a disabled car park, ramp and a disabled bathroom.
