- Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
- No refunds provided for any gift vouchers
- Failure to give 24 hours notice for cancellation will void the voucher
- Failure to show up for an appointment will void the voucher
- Vouchers must be presented on the day of the appointment to redeem
