Lena Yammine is the Founder and Managing Director of Inner Outer Health Pty Ltd and Floatation Tank Melbourne. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy granted at RMIT in 2001 and is also a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Lena was also a qualified health and fitness instructor with eleven years' experience in gymnasium work, circuit, personal training, group exercise and aqua exercise instruction.
As a myotherapist, floatation therapist and the owner of Inner Outer Health, Lena loves working with people to improve their health. Her aim is to help her clients maximise their mobility by treating muscular injuries and aches or pain. Lena also work with her clients to understand how their condition may have occurred and develops strategies to help the client in their recovery prevent the condition from recurring.
