Lack of movement can be responsible for your body feeling stiff and sore. Your muscles and joints can become tight, and the range of movement restricted, if you stay in the same position for too long (e.g. sitting at a computer!).
Every 30 minutes you are sitting down, make sure you get up and move – even if it is just to go and make yourself a cuppa or get a glass of water! Stretch your arms up, move your neck, do some stretches… anything to get you moving your whole body.
